I’m Rabi Kadariya, born in the pious land of Jhapa and I proudly serve as the Japan Admissions Head at BEES International Education Service, Birtamode, Jhapa, Nepal. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to helping students build their future by guiding them on their journey to Japan — one of the most disciplined, respectful, and opportunity-rich countries in the world.
From the very first counseling session, I make it a point to listen with my heart and guide with honesty. It’s no surprise that most students who visit me never walk away from BEES. They stay — not just for our services, but for the genuine care and connection we build together. I treat every student’s journey as if it were my own. Their trust in me is the foundation of everything I do.
Arranging admission interviews, guiding students through paperwork, ensuring they’re mentally and emotionally prepared — this isn’t just my job. It’s my passion. Every successful visa, every smiling student at the airport, every grateful message from Japan — these are the moments that remind me why I do what I do. Their dreams fuel my dedication, and their success is my true achievement.
Students often tell me they feel at ease and respected around me — and I take that as my greatest reward. I never take their trust lightly. I believe in treating every student with kindness, loyalty, and humility. I don’t raise my voice; instead, I make space for calm, meaningful conversations. I want every student to feel like they’re talking to a friend, but also someone who’s deeply committed to their success.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy travelling, listening to music, and watching movies. I believe these moments of fun keep me grounded and relatable — especially to the young minds I work with every day. I make it a point to stay informed about every change that might affect my students. This balance between personal joy and professional responsibility helps me stay energized and deeply connected to my work.
In my role, accuracy is everything. I take immense care to ensure that every document submitted is complete, correct, and presented perfectly. I understand that my students place their trust — and their future — in my hands, so I leave no room for mistakes. My motto is simple: if a student comes to me, they should feel safe, supported, and confident that nothing will go wrong under my watch.
